What is the return & exchange policy?

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or any other blemishes.
  • All original tags must still be attached (if applicable).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Are any purchases final sale?

Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. However, products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Any final sale items will be clearly identified before checkout.

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume sales.
